90-92 Points | International Wine Cellar , January 2012

(95% grenache, 3% mourvedre and 1% each of cinsault and counoise, raised in foudres):  Deep ruby.  Powerful cherry and dark berry scents are complicated by licorice and tobacco.  Concentrated black raspberry and candied plum flavors pick up a spicy quality with air, along with a hint of candied flowers.  Impressively balanced for a wine with such depth and ripeness.  Finishes long, spicy and very well focused.
