Golden yellow. Sublime aromas of candied apricot, clove and oyster shell are woven into a background of smoky botrytis. Creamy nectarine fruit with salty minerality refresh the palate. Rich but subtle, with its complex finish still somewhat closed, this wine will surely mature into one of the great ausleses of the vintage. Very impressive.
