Bright medium red.  Musky, reduced aromas of redcurrant, blackberry and iron.  Supple but a bit dry and rustic, offering good breadth but only moderate delineation to the dark berry and licorice flavors.  Finishes with dusty tannins, good length and a faint dry edge.
