(75% grenache blanc and 25% roussanne):  Pale gold.  Dried pear and ginger on the nose, with a white pepper overtone adding verve.  Very dry on the palate, with dusty citrus pith and herb flavors lifted by zesty minerality.  Gains weight and flesh with air and finishes with firm grip and lingering spiciness.
