Bright aromas of camomile tea, orange rind and lemon oil, plus a whiff of smoky botrytis.  The supple black cherry flavor is animated by finely chiseled minerality.  Dense yet vibrant, this is what eiswein should be in a vintage that produced very few examples of this quality.
