89 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - January 2012

Red-ruby.  Reticent but pure aromas of cassis and chocolate; at once very ripe and lightly medicinal.  Sweet, fat and broad on the palate, with a lightly saline character to the raspberry, blackberry and chocolate flavors.  Dense, chewy wine with a ripely tannic and rather oaky finish.
