Vivid yellow-gold.  Vibrant, mineral-accented aromas of citrus fruits and quince, with complicating white pepper and floral nuances.  Dry and nervy on the palate, with precise, spicy lemon zest and lime flavors and a touch of bitter fruit pit.  Possesses very good depth and bracing minerality and finishes with strong grip and stony cut.
