(100% marsanne, Lot 11081):  Light, bright yellow.  Mineral-accented pear, lemon pit and ginger on the pungent nose, with jasmine and honey nuances adding complexity.  Dense and oily but lively, with deep orchard fruit and spice flavors sharpened by penetrating acidity.  Finishes with outstanding persistence and energy, leaving mineral and spice notes behind.
