(includes 6% each cabernet sauvignon and merlot):  Bright dark red.  Blueberry, cassis and smoky oak aromas are lifted by a floral note.  Spicy flavors of blueberry and tart red cherry lead to substantial dusty, oak-edged tannins that turned a bit dry as the wine opened in the glass.  I wanted more freshness.
