Bright, pale straw-green. Deep, complex aromas of lime, peach, jasmine and wet stone, plus a hint of smokiness. Multilayered lime, tangerine and mineral flavors are pure and vibrant thanks to harmonious acidity. Finishes very long and clean, with a lingering mineral note. This is one of the best young Canadian rieslings I have ever tasted. Made predominantly from the oldest vines planted at Cave Spring in 1974 and 1978.
