90 Points | International Wine Cellar , January 2012

Good bright ruby-red.  Complex nose melds blackberry, chocolate, licorice, wild herbs and smoky minerality.  Creamy, lush and sweet but with just enough acidity to give it balance.  This sexy, seamless wine finishes with very sweet, edge-free tannins.  Impressive in a New World style; some tasters will find this to be too much.
