Very little Pouilly Fuisse of this caliber at under $30. Plenty of plumpness, but like all white Burgundy, it's the finish that really sets it apart. Laying the rest down for a while.

We're really California Chardonnay drinkers (Peter Michael's our favorite), but we decided to give this one a try given the write-up and the price. Glad we did. Not as rich as Peter Michael, but really fresh. Terrific with the grilled salmon. Stood right up and was going strong to the last drop. Great buy.

Rich, but fresh. Better after a couple of hours. Next time, we're popping the bottle earlier
