92 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - November/December 2012

(80% syrah, 10% cabernet sauvignon and 10% petit verdot):  Bright violet color.  Sexy, perfumed bouquet evokes black and blue fruits, incense and violet, with a floral overtone.  Weighty yet lively, offering sweet dark berry flavors and strong candied violet and clove qualities.  Impressively fresh and focused wine, with slow-building tannins and a lingering note of candied blueberry.
