(71% grenache, 19% mourvedre and 10% syrah):  Opaque ruby.  Spicy red and dark berries, cherry pit and a hint of anise on the fragrant nose.  Pliant raspberry and cherry compote flavors provide very good palate coverage with no rough edges.  This suave, supple, expansive blend finishes with excellent clarity and gentle spicy cling.
