Bright pale yellow.  Riper and more tropical on the nose than the Private Bin offering, showing yellow fruit and dusty spice aromas.  Concentrated and tightly coiled, with lovely intensity to its mineral and spice flavors.  Finishes quite long and subtle, with resounding saline minerality and a sappy quality.  Serious stuff.
