2009 Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Artemis Napa Valley (in magnum)
Producer: Stag's Leap Wine Cellars
Style: Red Wine
Grape Type: Cabernet Sauvignon
Origin: California
Region: Napa
87 Points | International Wine Cellar , May/June 2012
Medium red-ruby. Currant, leather, licorice, tar and a strong herbal element on the nose and palate. A supple, smooth midweight with moderate depth and nuance. A hint of leathery rusticity limited my enthusiasm. Finishes with slightly drying tannins and decent length. (My second bottle was even drier.)
