(bottled two days before my early March visit):  Bright pale yellow.  Very ripe, sexy aromas of stone fruits, lime and wild herbs.  Lush and rich in the mouth, with impressive palate presence, even a bit of viscosity.  Hardly your typical sauvignon blanc.  Bone-dry but with superb pineappley fruit sweetness.  Finishes with excellent fruity grip.  Very pure wine, but I still prefer the 2010 for its salty minerality.
