Pale gold.  High-pitched aromas of lime zest, green apple and ginger, with quinine and kerosene notes adding complexity.  Spicy and incisive, with impressive depth to its energetic citrus and orchard fruit flavors.  Closes dry, nervy and very long, with a whiplash of refreshingly bitter lime and quinine.  This wine is aging very slowly, as is its tendency in seemingly every vintage.
