Inky ruby. A heady, exotically perfumed bouquet evokes candied red fruits, cola, vanilla and Asian spices. Lush and open-knit, offering sweet, deeply concentrated black raspberry and cherry-vanilla flavors and a touch of white pepper for vivacity. Finishes sweet, smoky and long, with a lingering vanilla note. Lots of oak showing today but I'm betting that the substantial fruit is up to it.
