Opaque purple.  Aromas of black raspberry, woodsmoke, olive and spices, with a subtle floral quality in the background.  Juicy and sharply focused, with impressive depth to its sappy red and dark berry flavors.  Shows very good energy and clarity on the spicy, gently sweet and persistent finish.
