Light, green-tinged gold.  Poached pear, tangerine, vanilla and toasty lees on the nose.  Plush and open-knit, with deep orchard fruit flavors and a bracing jolt of lemon zest.  Finishes smoky and long, leaving notes of honeydew and bitter pear skin behind.
