I'm a riesling purist. I am automatically skeptical of anything that isn't from Alsace or Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, and doubly skeptical of southern hemisphere offerings. This is fabulous. Balanced, complex, varietally correct, delicious. Worth every penny.

This is a first for me - a Riesling from New Zealand. Easy on the palate with pronounced lime flavor; unctuous and thick; resiny nose. Delicious for quaffing; just need to find a good food match now.
