Dark red.  Aromas of cassis, licorice, mocha and cola complicated by a whiff of meat.  Bright and firmly built, with good cut and energy to the slightly medicinal dark berry flavors.  Finishes with a solid tannic structure and good length.  I like this juicy yet pliant style.
