About Bethel Heights Vineyard
A family operation through and through, this Willamette Valley vineyard has been run by the Casteel—Dudley—Webb family conglomerate since 1977. It’s a testament to the possibilities of cooperation that 11, yes 11, family members are currently co-owners of the vineyard. There is also a profound respect for the environment here. Ted Casteel, one of the vineyard’s founders, also co-founded the Low Input Viticulture and Enology certification program for sustainable viticulture.

Bright ruby-red. Complex, highly perfumed aromas of red and dark berry preserves, incense and potpourri, complemented by a smoky overtone. Sappy black raspberry and cherry flavors show very good depth and pick up spice and floral nuances. Shows impressive energy on the long, silky, subtly sweet finish.
