Bright orange-pink.  Strawberry and raspberry on the nose, with notes of rose, tarragon and orange zest adding complexity.  Zesty red berry and cherry pit flavors pick up citrus oil and mineral qualities with air and show good energy.  Finishes with firm grip and gentle spicy lift, leaving a floral note behind.  This should be extremely flexible at the table.
