91-93 Points | International Wine Cellar , April 2012

(78% cabernet sauvignon, 20% merlot and 2% petit verdot; 70% of total production; 3.6 g/l total acidity; 3.75 pH; 71 IPT; 13% alcohol):  Medium red-ruby.  Redcurrant, cedar, violet and fresh herbs on the nose, plus a whiff of minty minerals.  Supple, sweet and easygoing in the mouth, with pure strawberry and red cherry flavors, high but harmonious acids and a smooth, mouthcoating texture. Only 50% of the estate's total production went into the grand vin.
