About Domaine du Carrou
Domaine du Carrou dates to 1950, when the late Maurice Roger began on six acres of limestone-rich soil in Bué. Winemaking, though, was nothing new to him—his family had been making Sancerre in the Loire Valley since the 17th century. Today, Maurice’s son Dominique manages the family vineyard, which has quadrupled in size over the years.

Had at Amerigo with Larry & Gloria 3/13. Had a lot of flavor, strong body, good finish. Was very good with food.
