About Domaine de Chevalier
Domaine de Chevalier was relatively late to arrive on the Bordeaux wine scene. In 1865, when Arnaud and Jean Ricard acquired this small property on the outskirts of the Lande pine forest, it was in disrepair. Today, the vineyard has more than doubled in size from its original 20 acres.

Grape Type: Bordeaux Blend
Origin: France
Region: Bordeaux
Appellation: Graves/Pessac-Leognan
89-91 Points | International Wine Cellar , April 2012
Deep ruby. Aromas of red berries, minerals and herbs leap from the glass. On the palate, zippy acidity provides considerable lift to the red berry, plum and mineral flavors. Finishes juicy, graceful and long, with an attractive floral touch.
