(15.2% alcohol; blended with 9% cabernet sauvignon and 2% petit verdot): Good dark red-ruby. Rather full-blown, slightly vegetal aromas of mocha, tobacco, milk chocolate, beefsteak tomato and truffley underbrush. Supple, sweet and open-knit, with truffle and chocolate flavors dominating. The slightly drying tannins show a faint greenness.
