Full straw-yellow color.  Subdued aromas of spices and minerals lifted by a note of lavender sea salt.  Densely packed, tactile and chewy, with harmonious acidity intensifying the wine's fruit and giving shape to its smooth umami texture.  Sweeter than "regular" Carneros District chardonnay, finishing with subtle, building length.
