(from the winery's best lots of sauvignon):  Pale  yellow.  Riper on the nose than the Fume Blanc bottling, with lemon ice and orange blossom aromas complicated by a suggestion of green tropical fruits.  Rich, broad and ripe but dry, with lovely floral lift to the fruit and mineral flavors.  Nicely stony on the very long aftertaste.  An excellent showing.
