(8.6 g/l r.s. with a healthy 7.4 grams of acidity): Bright, pale straw-green. Citrus peel, mint and minerals on the steely nose. The palate offers surprising sweetness of musky fruit mellowed by a note of hazelnut. Finishes soft and persistent, with a faint dry edge. A bit in the style of a dryish Vouvray.
