Vivid ruby.  A pungent, highly fragrant bouquet displays blackberry and cherry scents, along with exotic floral and Indian spice qualities.  Pliant, palate-staining dark fruit flavors are lifted by zest acidity and pick up anise and vanilla notes with air.  Sappy and sweet on the finish, which lingers with impressive spicy intensity and focus.
