Dark purple.  Blackberry, cassis, bitter chocolate and violet on the nose, along with exotic spicy notes.  Dense, concentrated, sweet and seamless, offering pliant black and blue fruit, violet and spicecake flavors lifted by harmonious acidity.  Finishes with broad, smooth tannins, a suggestion of candied violet, and noteworthy density and length.
