Inky ruby.  Exotic, oak-spiced aromas of candied dark berries, coconut, vanilla and anise.  Plush and palate-coating, offering intense candied cherry and cassis flavors lifted by peppery spice and floral nuances.  Rich but lively cabernet, with strong finishing power and lingering vanilla and clove notes.  Showing its oak right now but this youthful wine should come into harmony with a few more years of bottle age.
