(13.5% alcohol; 100% whole clusters; from organically farmed vines dating back to 1886; no new oak): Good dark red. Pungent aromas of blueberry, pepper and spices reminded me of Beaujolais. Juicy, intensely fruit and downright gulpable, with an intriguing musky quality. Finishes with rather soft tannins and nice length. This wine is sold almost entirely to restaurants.
