(100% pink clairette, as usual):  Bright straw.  Bracing aromas of lemon zest, orange, peach, honey and white flowers.  Sappy and fresh, with dry citrus fruit, mineral and floral flavors given a tangy quality by strong acidity.  Nicely tactile white wine, finishing with very good clarity and an exotic, lingering note of bee pollen.  This would go with all sorts of food, light or rich.

About the Cotes du Rhone

The entire Rhone Valley is frequently referred to as the Cotes du Rhone, but this is also the name of the generic appellation that covers more than 100 communes in the region north of Avignon.
