(100% pink clairette, as usual):  Bright straw.  Bracing aromas of lemon zest, orange, peach, honey and white flowers.  Sappy and fresh, with dry citrus fruit, mineral and floral flavors given a tangy quality by strong acidity.  Nicely tactile white wine, finishing with very good clarity and an exotic, lingering note of bee pollen.  This would go with all sorts of food, light or rich.
