88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - June 2014

Good medium ruby.  Pungent, slightly medicinal aromas of blackberry, camphor and underbrush.  Supple, easygoing and classically dry, with a distinctly herbal component to go with the crushed berry flavor.  Expanded nicely in the glass with aeration.  "This is not a vintage we'll be talking about in 30 years," owner Stephan von Neipperg told me, "but the important thing is that between now and 20 years' time it delivers a lot of pleasure."
