Green-tinged straw.  Quinine, dried citrus fruits and anise on the high-pitched nose.  Dry, penetrating and precise, offering vibrant lime and lemongrass flavors and a touch of bitter herbs.  Closes bright and nervy, with excellent clarity and lingering mineral and spice notes.  This wine is destined for a long, positive evolution.
