(made via maceration pelliculaire, in older barrels, from grapes harvested at the end): Brigt yellow. Musky notes of lemon and toast, with a suggestion of exotic fruits. Fatter and creamier but less precise than the basic village offering, showing more exotic yellow fruit notes. Longer than the straight village wine but slightly edgy on the finish and less expressive today.
