Pale, green-tinged yellow.  Fresh, slightly metallic aromas of lemon, lime and mint.  Supple and elegantly styled, with good breadth to its lemon and spice flavors.  Nothing austere about it.  This very attractive Vaillons finishes with good length and cut.
