Bright, pale greenish-yellow.  Cool, classic aromas of lime, anise, tarragon and silex.  Juicy, taut and powerful, with a strong spicy quality and excellent cut to its citrus, quinine and white pepper flavors.  Densely packed but not especially austere, finishing with excellent limey lift and a hint of nut butter.
