About Domaine Christian Moreau Pere et Fils
The year 2002 marked a new start here. The Moreau family regained control of their estate vineyards, which had been out of their since 1985. Since then, Christian Moreau and his son Fabien have been producing richly flavored yet precise examples of Chablis.

(these vines are now 13 years old): Pale yellow. Fruit-driven aromas of peach, pineapple and mandarin orange, complicated by a touch of flowers; reminded me of a Cote de Beaune wine. Boasts lovely depth of fruit for the vintage, then finishes brisk and long, with a hint of tannic bitterness that perks up the taste buds. This is still tightly coiled.
