Good full yellow with gold highlights.  Ripe peach and vanilla on the nose.  A step up in concentration from the Montmain, with enticing stone fruit flavors complicated by smoky, saline minerality.  Still in a rather gentle style but this nicely tactile Chablis coats the mouth with flavor and lingers on the aftertaste.
