About Domaine Louis Michel
In six generations of winemaking here in Chablis, the Michel family has developed a no nonsense approach. You won't find the distracting presence of oak in these immaculate Chardonnays, because no wood is used in their cellaring.
89 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - July/August 2013
Bright yellow. Aromas of lemon, honey, mint and white pepper. Supple, silky and rather open-knit, with sound ripe acidity and saline minerality giving shape to the stone and citrus fruit flavors. This comes across as sweeter than the 2012 and may be more fun to drink. Not the last word in intensity but very appealing.
