Light yellow.  Pungent aromas of orange pith, anise, pear skin and jasmine.  Sappy, focused orchard and citrus fruit flavors are braced by a dusty mineral quality and complicated by a subtle note of succulent herbs.  Finishes slightly dry-edged, with the pear note echoing.
