Light yellow.  Fresh apple and peach aromas are brightened by a touch of lemon zest and a subtle white pepper nuance.  Silky and open-knit, offering ripe orchard fruit flavors and a late note of bitter citrus pith.  Closes smooth and sappy, with good cling and gentle sweetness.  This would pair nicely with spicy Asian dishes.
