Dark ruby.  Ripe cherry and dark berries on the perfumed nose and in the mouth.  Lush and intensely fruity, with excellent clarity and slow-building spiciness.  Closes on a spicy note, with impressive breadth and silky length.  This is still a very young wine but I find it surprisingly approachable now.
