About Domaine William Fevre
Fevre was once good. Now it's great. In fact, the improvement of this house is one of the most exciting developments in Chablis in the past 20 years. The ownership of the Henriot family of Champagne, which also owns Bouchard Père et Fils in Beaune, has resulted in a striking transformation.

Pale bright green. Citrus peel and dusty stone on the perfumed nose. At once supple and vibrant, displaying excellent cut and intensity to the lime, fresh herb and stone flavors. A lovely blend of richness and acidity. Finishes brisk and very long. This very sunny spot was picked early but with healthy potential alcohol of 12.8%, according to Seguier.
