Green-tinged straw.  Fresh orange, lime, quince and anise on the nose, with an herbal overtone.  Bitter citrus and pear skin flavors are complicated by licorice and honeysuckle, with firm bite and tangy mineral lift.  Closes nervy and dry, with a lingering white pepper note.
